Sberbank: More of You in The Work We Do
SBERBANK Europe is developing employer branding with us that is designed to strengthen the profile of Russia’s largest bank within Europe. To break down the stereotypes associated with Russia it’s especially important to have an insight into the corporate culture. And what more impressive way to do this than through the people who already work there? Under the “More Of You In The Work We Do” EVP the bank shows young, international, ambitious employees who all bring positive aspects of their personalities and characters to their jobs. Following the development phase the aim is to position the bank as a promising player in central Europe. To achieve this, the bank portrays deserving employees who draw their personal energy from sporty and creative activities, for example. There is, therefore, a form of filter in place: we’re looking for people like us; not uninspired bank clerks.
