Delacon: What kind of culture does it take to grow 20 per cent annually?
Delacon is what you might call a ‘secret champion’. A global market leader in phytogenic feed additives for animals, a family-owned company, 130 employees located all over the world and headquarters in Steyregg near Linz, Austria.
The project director is responsible both for corporate communications and corporate strategy. She can swiftly identify the success factors of this performance culture and how to develop them in parallel with subsequent growth targets.
